Shipping policy

DHL Standard

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate shipping fee, regardless of the size and weight of the shipment. The shipment is sent exclusively as insured DHL package. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment by email. In-stock items are usually shipped on the same day for orders received before 3 PM.

DHL Express

We offer DHL Express for all deliveries within Germany. Orders received before 3 PM are shipped on the same day. Delivery is usually made on the following working day. No delivery on Saturdays**, Sundays, and public holidays.

Delivery Mon - Fri (8:00 am - 12:00 pm)

**Note. Saturday delivery is an additional paid service of DHL Express and is currently not available as an option in the shop. If Saturday delivery is necessary, please contact our support in advance and we will find a solution.

Standard International

Shipping to other EU countries and countries outside the EU is done via DHL regardless of the size and weight and is charged a flat rate. Customs duties and taxes may apply for shipments to countries outside the EU. The responsible customs office will provide you with more information about the possible costs.
