30 days return policy
You can return unused, sealed products to us up to 30 days after receipt in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price. For products that have already been used and are therefore no longer in their original packaging, the usual cancellation period of 14 days applies within the EU.
As a private person, you have the right to cancel your order. You will find the corresponding instructions on this right and the consequences of cancellation in the rxgames terms and conditions under point 5 cancellation instructions, or in the order confirmation that you received from us by email after completing your order.
If you are returning your order, please always enclose the appropriate information with the package, which enables us to clearly allocate it and thus process it quickly. Please also ensure that the name and sender address are legible. In the event that we have to refund the purchase price, please also provide us with the relevant payment information if the payment was made by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
A withdrawal form can be downloaded via the link in point 5 of the General Terms and Conditions. However, you can also simply express your wishes in an informal letter. You are not obliged to fill out the revocation form or to otherwise record the processing request. However, with your correct information you make the processing of your return easier and faster.
When packing the goods, please ensure that you close the package carefully and remove old address labels and old barcodes if necessary.
As a customer of rxgames you receive the statutory warranty of 24 months on all new goods supplied by us. This means that if an item is already delivered defective, a complaint can be made about this defect within 24 months. However, if the purchase was made more than 6 months ago, proof is required that the defect was actually present when the item was received.
For defects that occur during use of the item, you will receive a corresponding guarantee from the respective manufacturer. Since a guarantee is generally voluntary, the guarantee period, i.e. the period in which the manufacturer offers a free replacement or repair, can vary. The processing of guarantee cases takes place primarily via rxgames, but can also be claimed directly from the manufacturer if desired.
In the event of a complaint, please contact us in writing, ideally using our Contact Form. In any case, we try to solve the problem as quickly and accommodatingly as possible. We ask for your understanding that we cannot generally process complaints over the phone, but that they must be documented in writing via our ticket system in order to ensure quick access and smooth processing by the responsible departments.
In order for us to be able to assess the defect properly, we must have the item in question. After examining the defect, a decision will be made as to whether we or the manufacturer can repair it at short notice, or whether you will receive an exchange for the defective item from us. We will then forward the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, if necessary.

Refunds are carried out by us in a timely manner. If you paid in advance or cash on delivery, the refund will be made to your bank account. To do this, you may have to enclose the relevant payment information with the return. When paying with an instant payment method, such as PayPal or Klarna, the refund will be made in the same way.
If you receive a shipment in a damaged condition, please inform us immediately; for insurance reasons please within 2 days after receipt of the shipment.
